Chopin Harvest Martini


•Red sugar
•2 oz Chopin Vodka
•3 oz Pear purée (one or two fresh pears pureed with a dash of sugar or simple syrup)
•Moët & Chandon Nectar Impérial Champagne

Garnish: Pear slice

Glass: Martini


Coat the rim of a chilled Martini glass with the red sugar and set aside. Add the vodka and pear purée to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into the prepared glass. Top with Champagne and float a pear slice on top.

The Bulldog Smash


•Half a lemon
•Half a peach, pitted
•6 to 8 Fresh mint leaves
•1 tsp Sugar cane syrup
•2 oz Bulleit Bourbon
•.75 oz Cointreau

Garnish: Fresh mint

Glass: Old Fashioned


In a shaker, muddle the lemon, peach, mint and sugar cane syrup. Add the bourbon and Cointreau, and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.

Maker’s Mark Mojito


•1 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
•1 sprig Fresh mint
•2 Lime wedges
•1.5 oz Maker’s Mark Bourbon
•Splash of Triple sec
•Splash of Club soda

Garnish: Lime wedge

Glass: Tall


Coat the rim of a tall glass with sugar and set aside. In a mixing glass, muddle the simple syrup and mint. Squeeze in the juice from the lime wedges and add the bourbon and triple sec. Fill with ice and stir. Pour (unstrained) into the prepared glass and top with the soda. Garnish with an additional lime wedge.

Basil Hayden’s Apple Bubbly


•1 oz Basil Hayden’s Bourbon
•Sparkling apple juice

Garnish: Apple slice

Glass: Flute


Add the bourbon to a Champagne flute and fill with sparkling apple juice. Garnish with an apple slice.

Grey Goose Mediterranean Mary


•Lemon wedge
•2 Tbsp Coarse salt
•1.5 oz Grey Goose Vodka or Grey Goose Le Citron Flavored Vodka
•1 oz Dry sherry
•3 oz Mediterranean Mary Mix*

Mediterranean Mary Mix:

•3 Tbsp Olive tapenade (store-bought is fine)
•2 Tbsp Olive oil
•.5 tsp Dried oregano
•.5 tsp Dried basil
•1 tsp Celery salt
•1 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
•32 oz Tomato juice
•5 tsp Hot sauce
•2 oz Fresh lemon juice
•2 oz Fresh lime juice

Combine all the ingredients in a pitcher with a tight-fitting lid. Close the pitcher and shake vigorously. Mix may be made up to four days in advance

Garnish: Cucumber spear and an olive

Glass: Tall


Rub the lemon wedge on the outer edge of a tall glass and then roll the glass lip in the salt. Add the remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a cucumber spear and an olive.
