Basil Hayden’s Bloody Mary


•1 Lime wedge
•Celery salt
•1.5 oz Basil Hayden’s Bourbon
•2 dashes Hot sauce
•2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
•1 tsp Wasabi
•Tomato juice

Garnish: Celery stalk, lime wedge and blue cheese-stuffed olives

Glass: Pint


Rub the lime wedge around the rim of a pint glass and coat with celery salt. Fill with ice and add 2 dashes of celery salt and the remaining ingredients except the tomato juice. Fill with tomato juice and stir well. Garnish with a celery stalk, lime wedge and blue cheese-stuffed olives.

Maker’s Mark Collins


•2 oz Maker’s Mark Bourbon
•1 oz Fresh lemon juice
•1 tsp Sugar
•Club soda

Garnish: Orange wheel and maraschino cherry

Glass: Collins


Add the bourbon, lemon juice and sugar to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda and garnish with an orange wheel and a maraschino cherry.

St Rita


•Salt (optional)
•1.5 oz Tequila
•1.5 oz St-Germain
•Juice of 1 lime

Garnish: Lime wedge

Glass: Rocks or Collins


If desired, coat the rim of a rocks or Collins glass with salt and fill with ice. Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and fine strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Homemade Sangria


​​1 (750-ml) bottle red wine

1/4 cup brandy

1/4 cup orange flavored liqueur (recommended: triple sec or Grand Marnier) 

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons fresh orange juice

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 orange, thinly sliced 

1/2 lemon, thinly sliced 

1 unwaxed apple, cored, and cut into thin wedges 

1 (750-ml) bottle sparkling water, chilled


Combine everything but the sparkling water in a large plastic container or glass pitchers. Cover and chill completely, 1 to 2 hours. When ready to serve, add the sparkling water.
